WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

We strongly recommend measuring as per the size guide here. If you have any specific sizing or style questions, or are after personal and tailored sizing advice, please complete our bikini size questionnaire here.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT IN IS SOLD OUT?

If the item you are interested in is sold out, you can register for email notifications by clicking on ‘email me when available’ and we will be sure to notify you the minute it arrives. Any items in our sale section will not be restocked.

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE / CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM?

Please contact s.soulbcn@gmail.com and we will help you anyway we can, as long as you contact us before the item is despatched. Please remember during launch or sale periods we receive high volumes of emails, and can’t always make changes to orders in time before they’re shipped.

WHERE ARE SUN SOUL BIKINI’S DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED?

Sun Soul bikinis are designed in Barcelona and manufactured exclusively in Spain. We are unable to name our manufacturing partners for privacy reasons, but we can confirm that our international partners and factories are ethical and fair trade and are inspected on a regular basis.

WHAT IS THE PURCHASE PRICE CURRENCY?

All prices found on sunsoulbcn.com are listed in Euros  and are inclusive of tax.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

You can check the available shipping cities when making the payment of your order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

All of our orders are processed Monday to Friday and are shipped with 24 hours of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends (Sat/Sun) or Spain Public Holidays. You can refer to our shipping policy for further details on timeframes depending on your specific location, however most international orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?

Any customs fees or taxes that may be associated with your purchase from Sun Soul Bc are the responsibility of the customer. Customs charges and taxes differ from country to country and from state to state. It is suggested you contact your local customs department if you are unsure if any taxes or fees are relevant to you.
